He was a central figure of the Light-Heavyweight division in 2003 and was Luke Marsden’s right hand man; he walked out of the company alongside Marsden after he was released as Commissioner. The pair returned at Night of Champions 3 the following August, Marsden now Governor. Myers came for one more match with his greatest rival, The Fireball but failed to take the International Championship from him on that night, so Marsden sacked him again and set about forming his Governing Body.

As 2006 started the landscape was much different, Fireball and Marsden now stood together in the Governing Body and Myers had a big surprise in store. He returned from nowhere at Just Rewards to team up with NPWA Champion Gary Wild and International Champion Paul “Flash” Andrews and together they defeated the Governing Body in the main event, an added stipulation to the match gave Myers the Triple T Championship as an added prize.

Myers had a tough challenge as the Triple T Champion, as he stepped into the division at its most competitive period. His rivalry with Kevin Omega became a sort of gang warfare and after holding him and his Freek Show off for a while he was eventually toppled by the evil Omega.

So far in 2007 we have seen Myers both struggle to find his place, and then rise to new heights of success. An unlikely partnership was formed with his former enemy the fireball and the two would have an impress run. Wins over top teams like Andrews and Enigma, and later Ultimate Devastation, would place them at the top of the tag team division as Champions and earn Myers a spot in a featured contest at Night of Champions 6. Myers and Fireball would lose the tag titles in a strong effort against the North-South Connection, it should be interesting to see where they go from here.
